Exchange & Refund Policy

Our products are properly checked.
Warranty cannot be claimed if the product has been installed or used.
Incase if any customer receives faulty or damaged products sent by us, we are fully liable to replace the product.
For replacement customer needs to share evidence inform of picture or video.
Incase of missing product, customer will be informed.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Customers have to pay the delivery charges in case of returning or exchanging the products.
Customer needs to return the products via traceable delivery i.e courier or registered post on his expense to our office address.
